586th Flight Test Squadron HAVE STRAINGER THINGS Test Program

The 586th Flight Test Squadron at Holloman AFB, NM, participated in a flight test campaign called "Have STRAINger Things". The campaign was a collaboration between the squadron, the USAF Test Pilot School's research division, and NASA's Armstrong Flight Research Center. The tests were conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the AgilePod for rapid airborne experimentation, which could reduce the time and cost of flight testing. The name "Have STRAINger Things" is inspired by the Netflix series Stranger Things.
