2 ACCS/DOCX Functional patch created ca. 1991 and based upon a design by Lt Cols Ken Hurt and Ray Watts, and Majs Mike Wise and Bob Trummer. It depicts the three legs of the nuclear Triad. It was worn on the left shoulder by the Single Integrated Operational Plan (SIOP) Advisors on the battlestaff who led the Planning Team (Intel, Logistics, and sometimes Weather and Engineering, officers).
