US Military Patches

2d Airborne Command and Control Squadron Battlestaff Operations
2 ACCS/DOCO Functional patch worn on the left shoulder by the Director of Battlestaff Operations (called the "DOCO"--long o's) and the two enlisted team members supporting the DOCO (Emergency Actions Controller and Force Status Controller). The design puns on the unit designation, having a large "2" superimposed over an axe (with the office symbol appearing on the base of the "2"). It was worn from the late 1980s until 1993.
