4th Airborne Command and Control Squadron Though used by the unit for all 22 years of its existence (1 Apr 1970 - 30 Sep 1992), this emblem was never submitted for official approval. This particular patch differs from the others in that the central disc is yellow rather than blue. It predates my tenure in the squadron and no one during my time there knew why it was different.
