39th Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Wing Detachment 18 Military Assistance to Safety and Traffic Program The MAST program aimed to assist in serious medical emergencies by providing evacuation of accident victims, inter-hospital transfer of patients, or transport of key medical personnel or materials.
