10th Communications Wing Morale MARS=Military Auxiliary Radio System. USAF MARS has ten Communications Wings similar to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) regions. Operations run 365 days a year with each Wing standing up two nets per day with digital and voice capabilities. 10th wing covers the Pacific Northwest region to include Alaska.
