7th Airborne Command and Control Squadron Airborne Launch Control System Combat Crew Training School Instructor/Evaluator

This patch was created in January 1994 by Maj Greg Ogletree to replace the ORT Instructor version because ALCS ORT became the ALCS Combat Crew Training School at that time. Nevertheless, I've labeled this a 7 ACCS patch because 6 months later the 2 ACCS was replaced by the 7 ACCS and the CCTS continued, as such until April 1996. Because the CCTS was a formal Air Force school, the Commander of the 7 ACCS was its Commandant (even though he was in ACC and the school's faculty were all in AFSPC). All CCTS faculty were both instructor and evaluator certified. They trained and evaluated the joint staff in USSTRATCOM who operated the weapon system.
