Redesignated Attack Squadron (All Weather) THIRTY FIVE (VA(AW)-35) on 1 July 1956. Redesignated Attack Squadron ONE TWENTY TWO (VA-122) on 29 June 1959. Disestablished on 31 May 1991. Deployment: 10 Aug 1955-15 Mar 1956, USS Hancock (CV-19), CVG-12, Douglas AD-5N Skyraider
