US Military Patches

2d Airborne Command and Control Squadron Airborne Launch Control System LOOKING GLASS 28th Anniversary
From Greg Ogletree: Reportedly created by 2 ACCS personnel as an official salute to the Looking Glass, but unofficially as a pun on the nickname, "Taz," of the chief of the airborne battlestaff at the time, Lt Col Barney H. Clary. Therefore the "4/Tasmanian devil" was "for Taz." The inside upper scroll was left blank on the production run, for either personalization or functional attribution (this particular patch has "ABNCP" embroidered thereon). NOTE: This patch is sometimes incorrectly attributed to Team 4 for the 1850 ACSQ (that squadron never had a Team 4 anywhere around the time this patch was made).
